working principle

The hydraulic and mechanical principle of urea pump is shown in the figure. It is mainly composed of motor, supply pump, reverse pump, on-off valve, pressure chamber and throttle hole. There are two working states of the pump, supply and empty. When urea solution is supplied to the urea solution in the urea cavity, a part of the urea solution is supplied to the urea injection system through a throttling tank to drive a part of the liquid supply to the urea injection system.

In low temperature environment, in order to prevent pipeline blockage, the pump needs to empty the pressure chamber. The controller automatically judges that it is in the empty state. At this time, the supply pump stops working, and the on-off valve is opened. The reverse pump pumps pump the residual urea solution in the pressure vessel back to the urea tank
