1. Little or no oil injection:
(1) There is air in the fuel system oil circuit to eliminate the air in the high pressure or low pressure oil pipe
(2) Repair or replace the matching parts of fuel injection nozzle
(3) The fuel supply of fuel injection pump is abnormal. Find out the cause and deal with it according to the troubleshooting method of fuel injection pump
(4) If there is oil leakage in the high pressure oil pipe, the tightening nut and the oil pipe with cracks shall be replaced
(5) Replace or repair the fuel injector coupling parts
2. Low injection pressure:
(1) The pressure regulating screw is loose, readjust to the specified pressure according to the regulations, and tighten the lock nut
(2) Adjust or replace the pressure regulating spring
(3) Needle valve stuck cleaning or grinding
(4) Repair or replace the worn parts such as spring seat and ejector pin
3 injection pressure too high:
(1) Adjust the high elastic force of the pressure regulating spring to the specified pressure according to the regulations, and tighten the locking nut.
(2) Needle valve sticking, cleaning or grinding.
(3) If the nozzle is blocked, clean the orifice or replace the nozzle (nozzle).
4 fuel injector leakage:
(1) Replace the pressure regulating spring with a new one
(2) Needle valve body seat surface damage replacement
(3) Cleaning, grinding or replacement of needle valve
(4) Change of tight cap
(5) Repair or replace the plane wear of fuel injector body
5. Poor atomization of fuel injection:
(1) Low injection pressure, adjust to the specified pressure.
(2) The seat surface of fuel injection nozzle is damaged or burned, and it should be worn or replaced.
(3) If there is garbage on the mating surface of the fuel injector, clean it in time.
6 injection line:
(1) The diameter of 0.2-0.3mm steel wire is used to dredge the spray hole.
(2) The seat surface of needle valve body is excessively worn and replaced with a new one.
(3) The needle valve is stuck, cleaned, grinded or replaced.
7. The surface of needle valve is burnt out or blue black (diesel engine overheated). Check the cooling system and pay attention to replace the coupling parts. Don’t overload the diesel engine for a long time.
