Common faults include mechanical failure and circuit failure. The mechanical faults include the sticking of the valve core of the injector, the blockage and leakage of the injector. When the above faults occur, the mechanical action failure will be caused, which will affect the normal operation of the engine, and sometimes even cause the engine to have serious faults.

Injector needle valve stuck

The work of the fuel injector is signaled by the engine control unit, and the solenoid coil of the injector will generate suction after being electrified, thus driving the needle valve of the injector to act. As the clearance between needle valve and valve seat is blocked by residual glue, the needle valve can not be opened normally due to its action astringency, thus affecting the normal fuel injection quantity. When the needle valve of the injector is stuck, the engine will have difficulties in starting, unstable idle speed and poor acceleration. The main reason for the fuel injector sticking is the use of inferior gasoline, because of the paraffin and gum in the inferior gasoline, the needle valve of the injector is stuck.

Fuel injector blocked

Fuel injector blockage fault can be divided into internal blockage of injector and external blockage of injector head. The reason of internal blockage of injector is that impurities and dirt mixed in gasoline block the movement clearance of needle valve in injector, which makes the mechanical action of injector abnormal. When the fuel injector is blocked, the engine will have some symptoms, such as difficult start-up, unstable idle speed, poor acceleration and so on. When the situation is serious, it will even cause serious engine shaking and lead to abnormal wear of relevant mechanical components.
