Check the sealing condition of valve coupling parts regularly.

When the fuel injection pump works for a period of time, the wear of plunger and the working condition of oil pump can be roughly judged by checking the sealing condition of oil outlet valve, which is helpful to determine the repair and maintenance methods. During the inspection, screw off the high-pressure oil pipe joints of each cylinder and pump the oil with the hand pump of the oil delivery pump. If oil flows out from the oil pipe joint at the top of the fuel injection pump, it indicates that the oil outlet valve is not well sealed (of course, it will also happen if the spring of the oil outlet valve is broken). If the sealing of multiple cylinders is not good, the fuel injection pump shall be thoroughly debugged and maintained, and the coupling parts shall be replaced.

Replace the worn plunger and outlet valve coupling parts in time.

When it is found that the diesel engine is difficult to start, the power is reduced and the fuel consumption is increased, if the fuel injection pump and injector are still not improved by adjusting the fuel injection pump and fuel injector, the plunger and delivery valve of the fuel injection pump shall be disassembled and inspected. If the plunger and outlet valve are worn to a certain extent, they shall be replaced in time, and shall not be reused. Because the loss of diesel engine starting difficulty, fuel consumption increase and power shortage caused by wear of coupling parts far exceeds the cost of replacement of coupling parts, the power performance and economy of diesel engine after replacement will be significantly improved. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the worn coupling parts in time.
